WRSI Current Helmet

Price range: $109.95 through $159.95 CAD

WRSI Current Helmet is the result of WRSI’s mission to improve whitewater safety. The Current redefines paddling helmets by introducing advanced safety technologies in a package the everyday watersports enthusiast can afford. Featuring 3-Layer Impact Absorption, Interconnect Retention System and O-Brace harness plus a classic look, the Current provides elite protection and performance without an exorbitant price tag. 3-Layer Impact Absorption technology involves a lightweight, high-impact ABS plastic shell combined with an EVA foam liner and a polyurethane sub-shell to effectively dissipate impacts. Vents in the shell keeps you cooler and allow for water drainage.

The Interconnect Retention System securely holds the helmet in place under hydraulic forces. As the force of the water pushes the helmet back, the interconnect system self-adjusts to hold the helmet firmly in place. The adjustable O-brace harness comfortably conforms to the back of the head to help keep the helmet safely positioned. The WRSI Current Helmet includes a plush breathable liner for a snug, comfortable fit every time. The liner can be easily removed for drying or washing.
