We are a brick-and-mortar shop in Victoria BC and ship products directly from our store. We aspire to ship items to you at the best possible price. You may recieve items in a variety of packaging as we try to upcyle boxes and bubble wrap.

We do not ship SUP’s, surfboards or foil boards as they are often damaged by freight companies. Should you live on the South Island we can personally deliver boards to you for a fee. We charge $50 for up to 40 km from our shop in Cadboro Bay and $100 for deliveries anywhere between Victoria and Campbell River.

Thank you for choosing Gyro Beach Board Shop. We value your business. Please read our return policy
carefully.


Returns and Exchanges:
If you’d like to make a return or exchange an item, we’ve got you covered. For an exchange, please bring
your purchase to our shop at 3840 Cadboro Bay Rd, Victoria, BC, V8N 4G2. Returns can be mailed to the
shop address or done in person. Returned/exchanged items must be received within 30 days from the
date of purchase.


Terms and Conditions:
All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at the discretion of Gyro Beach Board
Shop. The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with hang tags attached, in original
packaging, with all parts/accessories, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds will only be
applied to the original form of card payment. There are no returns on the following items: surfboards,
stand-up paddle boards, foil boards, neoprene products, and sale items. Potential fraud or abuse of this
policy, including excessive or unreasonable returns, may result in the rejection of future transactions or
returns. In some circumstances, we may request additional information, including personal information,

How to Return or Exchange an Item Purchased Online:
For your convenience, we offer two return options for most items:
1. Free return to our retail shop: Ensure you have a photo ID matching the Ship to/Bill to address
and the printed receipt or mobile device display. Returns made within 30 days are eligible for a
refund to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Returns over 30 days are not
eligible for a refund.
2. Mail your return to our shop: You may mail back your items (at your cost) to our shop. Shipping
charges are not included in the return amount. If you are shipping an item over $75, consider
using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that
we will receive your returned item.

A warranty covers manufacturing or construction defects. Our shop handles many different products, each with their own warranty. Read the product details before making a purchase or give us a call for further information.
