Gyro Beach Board Shop
Head to our shop in Cadboro Bay Village a few minutes before your rental time as you will need to sign a waiver and get fitted with a life vest. If you reserve a board in advance, we will have it ready for you on a trolley for the short walk to the beach. Note: Online bookings must be done at least 24 hours ahead. Should you want to make a same-day reservation… give us a call.

Our entire rental fleet is comprised of “hard” boards (fibreglass) as we believe they are safer and offer a smoother and more stable ride.
We typically do not drop off or pick up boards however there are always exceptions so please let us know if you need assistance.

Every SUP rental includes the following: stand up paddle board with leash, adjustable paddle, pfd (personal floatation device), transport cart, and optional dry bag
We offer discounts of $8 off each rental for youth <19 and students with valid ID
If conditions are looking unsettled or unsafe, we can connect by phone or email and reschedule your rental session for another time.
We do not have the proper facilities required for wetsuit cleaning/drying, however we do offer neoprene items for sale.
We love walk-in customers! However it may take us a few minutes to get your equipment ready.
